If you received a notification, it means there is currently an outstanding Chromebook-related charge on your student’s account.

Chromebook-related charges can be viewed in the Genesis Parent Portal.

⏰ Important Timeline
Once a charge is added to Genesis, families have 30 days to submit payment. If payment is not received within that time, repaired devices or loaner Chromebooks may be locked.
