Meal Account Refund Request or Transfer of Funds to a Sibling's Account

If your child has graduated or is leaving the school district and still has money in their meal account, you can ask for a refund.
Please email the District Food Service Coordinator, Laura DiGeso, at ldigeso@tups.org. Include the following information:

• Student's name
• Student's ID number
• School's name
• Total amount you want to be refunded
• Why you are asking for a refund
• The name for the check
• The mailing address for the check

It will take about one month to process your refund. This is because the Board must approve all refunds.
If you have another child in the district, you can move the remaining money to their meal account by replying to this email or by following the attached instructions.
Meal account balances for students returning next school year will automatically carry over. This includes any unpaid balances.
