Dear TUPS Families,
We are excited to invite you and your children to our Bilingual Story Time at Union Public Library.
Union Public Library-2nd Floor 1980 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083
Please use the rear entrance on Bond Drive
Please arrive at 5:30 PM to enjoy a light snack and connect with other families before the story time begins.
Storytime will begin at 6:00 PM and end at 7:00 PM.

Community Events & Involvement

Networking for a Cause

The 4th Annual Networking for a Cause event will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 5:30–9:00 PM at the Union Arts Center (1980 Morris Ave.).
The fundraiser supports Isabella Santos, a Franklin School 2nd grader battling a recurring brain tumor who is undergoing ongoing treatment and facing significant educational and daily-life challenges.
The event raises funds to help Isabella and her family with needed resources and care expenses. Tickets: $30 — includes appetizers and two drinks. Attendees can scan the QR code to purchase tickets or donate. More info available at uniontownship.com and @TWPUNIONNJ

Submit your work to the Congressional Art Competition!

Art Competition

The following is a summary of the Congressional Art Competition rules:
  • All participants must live within New Jersey’s 8th Congressional District, which can be verified by zip code via Find Your Representative | house.govwww.house.gov
  • All participants must be in grades 9th-12th
  • Each participant may only submit one piece of art that must meet the following criteria:
  • Be two dimensional
  • Be no larger than 26 inches wide by 26 inches tall by 4 inches deep (including the frame)
  • Not weigh more than 15 pounds (including the frame)
  • Be original in concept, design, and execution; the piece may not violate any U.S. Copyright laws.
  • Be in original medium (cannot be a scanned reproduction of the painting/drawing)
  • Accepted mediums for the two-dimensional artwork are as follows:
  • Paintings: oil, acrylics, watercolor, etc.
  • Drawings: pastels, colored pencil, pencil, charcoal, ink, markers, etc. (it is recommended that charcoal and pastel drawings be fixed)
  • Collage (must be two dimensional)
  • Prints: lithographs, silkscreen, block prints, etc.
  • Mixed Media
  • Computer Generated Art
  • Photography
  • Be able to be hung for the final exhibition

Registration for the 2026 Spring REC Season is now open!

Please note a few important dates:
Registration is now open! Registration closes at midnight Friday , April 3, 2026. So don't delay and register
today! Visit our website at www.unionsoccerinc.org and click on the Register button.
The first session and games will be on Friday Saturday April 18, 2026
Boys Premier and Girls Seniors/Premier will start on Friday April 17, 2026
The season is for 9 weeks through Saturday, June 13 2026.
Playoff games for Junior, Senior, and Premier Divisions will happen during the week of June 6 th through the 12 th
2026 with Championship games and soccer activities for all Programs ending during our
SOCCERFEST event on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Schedule TBA.
 

Easter Egg Hunt

To participate, each child must purchase a book to be donated to
Hannah Caldwell Elementary School to help rebuild the library and Kindergarten Classrooms.
