Building for the Future: Bond 2026
An investment in students, schools, and our community
Our district continues to grow rapidly, and we are dedicated to providing safe, innovative, and supportive learning environments for all students. By working together, we can ensure that every student has the resources and surroundings they need to succeed.
Township of Union Public Schools is committed to providing safe, modern, and welcoming learning environments that support every student’s success. This proposed bond referendum will invest in critical facility repairs, upgrades to aging building systems, and improvements to classrooms and student spaces so that schools can better support today’s educational programs and future needs. By addressing long‑term infrastructure, safety, and instructional space priorities, the district aims to protect the community’s investment in its schools while creating high‑quality learning environments for current and future generations of students.
Here are the projects included in the proposed 2026 bond:
To support athletics, band, and year-round activities, the bond includes covering the existing practice field.
One of the most significant investments in the bond proposal is the construction of a 36-classroom building on the high school campus.
The bond includes playground improvements at all three of our elementary schools.
The bond includes annual monetary allocations for technology, textbooks, performing arts, athletic equipment, and maintenance.
