Township of Union Public Schools

To request the use of any Township of Union Public Schools facility, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to SchoolDude

All facility requests must be submitted through our online reservation system,  SchoolDude

2. First-Time Users to SchoolDude 

If you have never submitted a SchoolDude Request, please Register Here. 

Important Documents & Required Steps (Once Your Request Is Approved)

All required documents must be uploaded at least 2 weeks before your event.

Please submit the following:

• Hold Harmless Agreement

• Proof of Liability Insurance (sample provided for reference)

• Security & Emergency Management Training
  Complete the training and fill out the form using the link provided above. 

Upload (2) documents here once you have them completed.
